SEPTEMBER 15-16, 2017

The Annual Meeting and Show of the National Association of Timetable Collectors will be held at the Western Railway Museum, 5448 State Highway 12, Suisun City, CA from Friday through Saturday, September 15th through and 16th.
This is a premier railroad and transportation paper show with timetables, rule books, dispatcher train sheets, advertising and many other forms of historic railroad, steamship, airline, bus and streetcar memorabilia.
We are also invited to participate in the Western Ry. Museum's Members Day events on Saturday, September 15th, including unlimited rides on the Museum's historic trolleys, interurban cars, and other equipment.
On Friday, we will enjoy a bag lunch and evening barbeque banquet, both included in your registraton fee at no extra charge.

Our convention headquarters will be the Hampton Inn and Suites, 2 Harbor Center, Suisun City, CA 94585 phone 707-429-0900. This hotel is offering a special convention rate of $109 plus taxes, including free hot breakfast and wi-fi, for a standard king or standard 2 queen bed room. It is a block's walk from the Amtrak station.
An alternative choice is the Marriott Courtyard Fairfield Napa Valley, 1350 Holiday Lane, Fairfield, CA 94534 phone 707-422-4111 with a convention rate of $169 plus taxes. Both hotels have limited room blocks available for the NAOTC so make your reservations early. Transportation between the Hampton Inn and the Museum will be available.

The registration fee is $60 per registrant. Note that this fee includes admission to the Museum, and on Friday, a bag lunch and barbeque banquet. More than 100 vendor tables will be available for $40 apiece and in blocks of 4 for $150, maximum 12 tables per vendor. (Download and complete separate form for signup).
